Bumping this, since he is visiting San Antonio at the moment. Anyone with any experience?

I recently tried to book him for an outcall because my car was in the shop at that moment.   He bumped his price up from what was listed because of the drivea even though it was still in his area.  Was out of my price range, especially if it was therapeutic only.  I still plan on booking him at some point. I will update when I do.
