He initiated contact with me on Scruff not too long ago. He was overall pretty friendly, but also the opposite of forthcoming. As in, it took days to get the simplest info out of him... It didn't seem like sketchy evasiveness, though. Maybe just distracted? 🤷‍♂️

Didn't pursue it, as my schedule didn't allow it this time.
