Rafael Alencar is also on the short list I'm preparing for my next trip to NYC.  I'm also looking into Justin Herringg, Steven Roman, Ricky Roman, Russ_nyc, and Avi Dar (not sure if he's still escorting).  They have been written about on this forum but any current advice would be appreciated
