Guest Posted May 11, 2022 Share Posted May 11, 2022 If you want to go to Machu Picchu, be sure to get your tickets well in advance. Try to book your cities from lowest to highest elevation. So start in Ollantaytambo/Machu Picchu, then Cuzco, then Puno/Lake Titicaca, then Colca Canyon. We didn't make it to Iquitos/Amazon, as that would have been an expensive extension. Nice encounter at the sauna of the swisshotel. Be careful If you don’t know Spanish. A few RM advertise in Lima.
