He booked once, then said he wouldn't have his hotel in time. Then rebooted. Said he had to leave town last minute. I get that things come up but I could have made arrangements with someone else

Yeah. He cancelled on me once because he said he wouldn’t be in town until 830 pm. But then I rebooked without issue.
