Not interested in this guy, https://rentmen.eu/CharlieAknox, but as I was searching the area he popped up. Anyone know what his tattoo's (other than be unattractive, IMHO) might mean?  Mainly his upper chest six "9"

Looks like he’s into anime. Those symbols are from an anime series Naruto Shippuden wheee the main adopts it one of his forms.
