Well now since I posted for info he added to his profile:

"Discounts provided for people with disabilities"

I've seen ads saying no hang-ups about meeting guys with disabilities but not offering a discount. Makes me think he wants to take advantage of guys. Not giving 100% or fulfilling all the time booked.
