Legal in a consensual situation, yes.  I question whether he is actually 18 and he is a little too young looking for my taste anyway.  Some 18 year olds look 25 and some 25 year olds look 18.  I tend to prefer guys in their mid to late 20's.

For some reason, I keep looking at this guy when I browse, but I think I'll wait to see if he is still here in a couple of years.
