Good fetish site??

I was a member of a fetish site but people there seemed to be very narrow minded and extremely cathegoric and considered all proper healthcare as "bullshit", it made me angry and left as I am very careful about my health. Do you know any other good fetish site where you have forums in English, photos to share and show, but is more extensive than this? This is what I found, but I am not interested in traveling, I love my home and staying there as much as I can.
