Is there any good page blocking site?

Preferible an app to block a website. Siteblocking is confusing in my android and that's why. Thanks in advance.

If you have Android, then you can, firstly, if you have a rooted phone, you can block websites by editing the hosts file on your device to redirect the sites you want to block, and secondly, download ES File Explorer. I don't know any other options.

I was just charged 42 dollars in my laptop for some Siteblocking page. So ridiculous.
