411 on Dys_passive, now in DC

Hi all, looking for any info on Dys_passive. He recently popped up in DC. Only 3 reviews so want to make sure he's real:

Not sure he's real, but I passed on him regardless. 

Very odd exchanges with him.  He lists kissing for his "into's" but when I asked him about that he said it depends.  deal killer. 

Then he also volunteered that he is not "submissive."  English is not his first language, imho.
