It looks like this eager and sort of wacky young guy has moved back to DC.  Anyone seen him lately? 

I remember him as eager to please, but not particularly skilled at any of his talents.  But I'd still give him him good marks for effort in the past.

I'd be interested to know if he's improved as well.  I met him back in 2019 but I'm sure he needs to update his photos

Nice guy, not much talent still but he's still eager to please.  He does well with a lot of direction and the appointment will be better if you take charge.
