I recommend both of them, and for different reasons.  Since you are unfamiliar with Houston, which is huge and famous for heavy traffic, Federico might be the better choice for you because he is closer to where you are staying.  Be sure to check his RM ad as well.  He's on there as Rico.  If you want specifics, please send me a private message.
