% question: Gay men on hiring

What percentage of gay men over the age of 30 in the United States do you believe:

 

(a) hire

(b) agree that it is perfectly okay for a gay man to hire if they want to (always consensual adults of course)

 

 

My answers are

for (a) I would say maybe 20% have already, and another 20% have thought about it but have not done it.

for (b) I would say it's very high, about 85%. I would think younger gay men would be lower and the older you are, the more likely you'd be okay with it.
