Please explain "semi-cut"

I expect that this would be cut that wasn't nearly as tight as is customary. There isn't, after all, a line on the penis saying "cut here".

Damn ncm2169 I'm glad you asked that question. I have meant to ask it numerous time but kept forgetting. Being cut myself I cannot quite envision what being semi-cut would look like. I wonder if it doesn’t mean a guy who hasn’t been cut but whose foreskin only partly covers the head of his cock. I would really like to hear a “good” explanation for this one.

For health and cultural reasons, it has become popular in the USA as an alternative rather then completely cutting off the foreskin to trim and tailor it back. MANY CULTURES consider it to be barbaric to circumsize but realize the health benefits. This is a compromise. I had a friend who had to be circumsized in his 20's because of too tight a foreskin when erect. It was a NIGHTMARE for him. EXTREMELY PAINFUL.

As did I, when my buddy was 17 and chose to join the Navy. Due to poor hygiene, he hadn't been able to retract his foreskin since he was about 12 and his cock "grew" such that when he got hard, it made a serious curve downward. (Don't ask how I knew - let's just say we were very close buddies). The circumcision took care of the "medical necessities" but his curve remained per his "growth pattern."

 

I didn't have a clue about M2M fucking in those days, but as I think back, he'd have been a hell of a top doggy style. }(

 

The moral of this story is, if you're going to have a son who is uncut, teach him about good hygiene and always making sure he can retract his foreskin.

Sorry to cause all the confusion, I started

using the phrase in a couple of discussions.

To me, semi-cut means someone who is

circumcised yet still has a very noticeable

bit of skin left covering part of the head.

The remaining foreskin is either on the

underside, on the front side or both,

of their manhood. Gosh, I love

that word.

 

Most semi-cut guys on the front side

have the ridge at the bottom of their

head covered at all times with foreskin

when they are soft and also have either

a little of the tip or maybe half or more

of the tip of their head exposed at all

times from the foreskin when they are

soft.

 

A few uncut guys with a short foreskin

will actually look similar because when

they are not completely soft, a little of

the head gets exposed. Naturally short

foreskins aren't too common, but they're

out there. Same goes for those super

extra long ones.

 

If someone partially circumcised has any

remaining foreskin underneath, it either

usually looks like a "turkey neck" of some

bunched up skin hanging down in back just

under the tip, or in some cases is basically

a normal foreskin underneath that covers

most of the underside of the head to

the bottom of the tip.

 

When hard, most semi-cut guys look cut

but if you grab them half way down and

"pump" them (to use another great word)

some skin will bunch up over the head

and then will retract back down again

while you grip them and bring your

hand back down. Don't worry, that's

a fun thing!

 

As interesting (or possibly not) as all

of that might be, I can totally see why

people find humor in this. Never take

it too personally. Some of the funnier

things people say here really do help

take the edge off my awful nasty 10-hour
