Beyond Grandpa (short film)

I remember seeing this listed at a gay film festival a long time ago. The picture for the listing showed the Grandpa character being lowered into or lifted out of a hot tub by a tanned blond with a 70's porn mustache.

 

But Mustache doesn't appear in this Youtube version. Does anyone remember this cartoon, and what it was Mustache was doing to/with/for Grandpa?
