Hello Friends! My name is Dave and I’m here to create a restorative space for you. I’ve been working on the body for over a decade and performing bodywork for over a year. I specialize in postural correction and pain management. I integrate massage, stretching, trigger point, and joint mobilization to achieve long-term improvements in health. You can expect a massage that incorporates light/deep pressures and various techniques that are intuitively tailored to your needs for maximum effectiveness. In light of covid-19, I have implemented new measures to keep us both safe. We will both wear masks, I wash and sanitize everything between clients, and I have an air purifier with a HEPA filter for extra safety. My studio is located near downtown La Mesa, private, and there’s plenty of parking.
