Watching episodes of Queer Duck on YouTube, I was wondering who did the voice acting for the guys, especially Openly Gator.

Turns out it is Kevin Michael Richardson. He has done voice acting in hundreds of TV episodes and video games, e.g. Family Guy, Simpsons, American Dad, etc.
