I’ve had several great experiences. My tip would be to try and schedule as far in advance as possible. It’s been difficult to schedule recently.

I did. The link to his page is active, but he doesn’t show up in a general New York list and his contact info isn’t available anymore. Maybe he’s out of town for a while?
