I attempted to set up something with him twice and twice, he replied to my texts very very late, citing various reasons. I was ready to book but such habits put me off completely.

I think it was a few days before he responded to my text to set something up as he was out of town so I’m guessing massage on demand is not an option with him. He’s very sweet and he looks like his pics, but his massage was nothing much.

I agree with Moke (see above).  From my perspective, he does a very good legitimate massage, and his "sensual" extras are delightful.  He is cute and a fine conversationalist.  I've now seen him twice and plan to see him again soon.  I've had no trouble setting up appointments with him.  But he has a full time job, so may not always be available when you want him to be.
