Can anyone suggest some good resources to find a LGBT friendly PCP in Palm Beach County?

I do not live there but there must a lot there. In case you do not get a name from here I would contact the local LGBT organization near you. I am sure they have names of doctors for people who inquire and locations of where they are at.
