Grindr not working - help?

Hi. My Grindr isn’t working. Connection issues. Messages showing as new when they’ve been read. Not sure what to do.

 

I’m hesitant to delete and reinstall. I don’t want to lose my settings. Grindr suggests a force close but I can’t figure that out.

 

Any assistance will be appreciated.

The next step is uninstalling the app and setting it up again. It happens.

If you go to Support in the settings, it’ll tell you the status of their servers, from there you’ll be able to tell if it’s a Grindr problem or if it’s an issue with your phone. Or your WiFi is dodgy. Grindr is always funny with poor connections.
