It's confusing. The same telephone number appears on RentMasseur for a much younger guy called Ojust. who also has much lighter hair and currently visiting Boston from New York. Still think he's part of the Russo-Ukro-Eastie group out of NY whose handler will promise you anything and the guys can't or won't deliver.

I believe it's the same guy; side by side it's the same face. Different photoshoot would account for the difference in hair color. That, however, is not to say that he's not part of the notorious group you mentioned.
