Once I flipped over, he seemed comfortable with my touching him underneath his tank top and the back waistband of his sweatpants, and he provided a nice HE. All in all, it was more than I expected, based on his Masseurfinder ad and rate. (I tipped him well.) And I got the sense more was possible. I generally go for masseurs that are more upfront about their services, though, so I probably won't go back.

Masseurfinder does not give a fuck how much they charge for massage. Masseurs do bid to get better placement for their ads, though, as MF tries to extract as much cash from them as possible. This is when you first get to the site and the ads are sorted by "featured." Then you can chose to sort by price or distance. I always do the distance from a zipcode, although the first setting gives you a sense of how eager they are to get business.

You're right. Masseurfinder doesn't care what prices are set by the masseur BUT Masseurfinder has an algorithm which affects placement. Masseurs paying for the highest placement may not always wind up at the top because of a bunch of different factors including freshness of photos, freshness of text and ... wait for it ... whether or not they offer a weekly discount AND/OR a special (which comes through their weekly newsletter sent by email.)

I'm not sure where you're getting your information from but I know three masseurs who advertise there and in order to get the best placement, despite paying the top rate, they have to do keep their ads fresh. The biggest complaint they make is that discount offerings affect placement. It's very f*cked up and all three of these guys are so frustrated with Masseurfinder's interference with their advertising that they have all considered unsubscribing at different times.

 

One guy I know stopped advertising there altogether. Even Eli stopped advertising there for a bit, but he's back. Probably because Masseurfinder is the most reputable. Remember when Masseurfinder divided people by erotic, therapeutic and sensual, then changed it, then removed it altogether.

 

All the sites - esp Masseurfinder - went through a major overhaul when the FOSTA-SESTA laws were passed, which also resulted in the demise of Craigslist personals.

This is what I call SAMH, Some American Masseurs’ Hangup, guys who don’t mind doing your glutes and giving you a HE but won’t get naked. Which is in contrast to SRUMH, Some Russian and Ukrainian Masseurs’ Hangup, guys who don’t mind getting naked but won’t get anywhere near your sensitive parts or provide a HE.

 

Outwardly friendly but some lame lies and platitudes were a turnoff. I did ask about him being naked in our initial texts and he said it “happens but it’s a matter of vibe.” I’ll take wishy washy answers as a clear no in the future and move on. His rate is just low enough to get away with it but he is a clear no-repeat for me. And yeah, hot but noticeably older than in those pix.

Agree. The massage was fine. He's a nice enough guy. I don't regret the money spent. He's somewhat hot, but a little bit more effeminate than the photos suggest (not a criticism, just a fact).

 

But nothing to compel my return was there.

I replied "A massage with a more erotic/sensual feel", and he said "I don't commit to anything other than a deep tissue massage and a HE." He also sent a picture saying "This is me"

 

So I sent a picture back and he definitely changed his tune about not committing to anything more than a deep tissue massage and HE. I'm not sure if it's because I'm black, or younger than his usual clientele, but he seems QUITE excited about our session now. I'll report back though.

I’ve had masseurs from Jose and Luis to Dixon tell me they’d never ask clients for a picture because they provide the same service to everyone, but I doubt they really do because of that we’re true, all of our reviews of them would be the same.
