I've done a search, and while several people here have asked, no one has really answered the questions:

 

What happens on these cruises (if anything, other than what would normally happen on any cruise)?

 

How many escorts typically attend?

 

How many clients typically attend?

 

What's the ratio of escorts to clients (see above)?

 

Are they worth the money (the cruises - lol)? Are there attendees (escorts or clients) who are "regular" participants?

 

Are there "special events" for just the rentboy contingent independent of other cruise guests?

 

Any and all info would be greatly appreciated!! }(

I could comment on my expierience on the escort cruise this past December...but I dont know that I would be the best to comment on it at my expirience could have been different from the majority of the other escorts.

 

1) Rentboy comped my cruise rates therefore I just had to get there and it was free. So basically for me, I viewed this as a vacation and I really had no real qualms with not working.

 

2) I would say the ratio was pretty even although I did notice that there was a separation between escorts and clients, I guess you could say it was that awkwardness ( this was a 3 day cruise, therefore not a lot of time to really get to know one another).

 

3) There was no way for the clients and escorts to contact one another, cell phones obviously didnt work, the net wasnt working ( at least I dont remember it), there were talks of a sign up/message leaving thing in B. Bakers room yet i dont think that happened.

 

4) I REALLY ENJOYED MYSELF, I think everyone really enjoyed themselves and hell its a cruise so its definitely worth it I mean u get to hang around hot boys the whole time and meet lots of good people for future plans...

Rentboy used the [a href=http://www.royalcarib.com/rclfleet/rclmonarch.html]Monarch of the Seas[/a], which is part of RCCL (Royal Caribbean Cruise Line) in December 2006 for its three day sailing from Los Angeles down to Ensenada (Mexico). Our activities were separated from the rest of the ship, and I believe nobody from the straight crowd ever figured out what was going on. Every day we received in our cabin a list with all the activities for the next day, similar to the "Cruise Compass". The first night we had a welcome drink in the Viking Crown Lounge for clients and escorts, sort of braking the ice. Every night for dinner the whole Rentboy group were seated together on a large table in the main restaurant, which allowed us to have some interesting conversation and laughs, along with other things. There was one formal night, on which everybody had to dress up. I very much enjoyed the company of [a href=http://www.trevknight.com/]Trevor Knight[/a] and the comedian [a href=http://www.wegotbruce.com]Bruce Vilanch[/a]. Late night there was another meeting in the disco for those who wanted to dance the night away.

 

I had somewhat different experience from Brett's because I paid for my oceanview cabin and airfare myself, but eventually a client of mine who booked the Royal suite had to cancel the trip last-minute and kindly offered to me to stay in his suite. I celebrated my birthday onboard and Brandon Baker threw an underwear party another night. I had a great time meeting other escorts and a few clients and I'll definitely repeat it if the dates are right.

LOL I think some people on the boat from the "str8" crowd might have noticed that Brandon Baker had a giant RENTBOY sign hanging on his door lol, i found this part humorous lol, but I do recommend it to anyone who is interested, I mean its a cruise and its hot boys there really is little question...

You're right Brett, I forgot about that and the Rentboy promotional t-shirts, but nobody seemed to care... :-)

 

Ncm, I think we were about 15 escorts and about the same number of clients amongst 2700 passengers. Does that answer your question?
