I don't think this has been discussed recently, so it might be time for some updates.

My "what passes for medical insurance in this country" no longer covers Viagra. I have zero experience with buying it online. What are some good sources, both for safety and for economy?

Check if your insurance company covers cialis.Mine dropped viagra but covers cialis. Also you will pay alot more online than getting a prescription from your doctor and filling it at a local pharmacy.Alot more.

I agree. My insurance doesn't cover any of them, so I buy mine on prescription at Costco, which saves me close to 20% off what other pharmacies charge.

In most states, you don't even have to be a member of Costco to use their pharmacy. Their licenses require they be open to the general public. Just tell the guard at the door you are only there for the pharmacy.

Here's my take...I work in a large doctor's office, where "samples" are readily available. It is my observation that these drugs (e.g., viagra, cialis) are provided by the drug companies in great quantities in offices that dispense "samples". My suggestion would be to schedule a brief visit with your doctor and tell him/her that you're suffering from ED (erectile dysfunction)....When your doc offers to write you a prescription (and they likely will), ask very forthrightly if they have any samples on hand (this is absolutely common practice, so rest assured you won't be insulting anyone). You should, when calling to schedule your appointment, ask point blank if the office carries "samples"...

For the price of your co-pay (hopefully you have some medical insurance coverage), you may very well walk out of there with a bag full of viagra or cialis...

I hope this helps....

Actually, the website I mentioned was $100 less than what the pharmacy would have charged. And that website will also honor your insurance.

You can check out the website and compare their prices with other sources.

Actually, last year I did lie to my doctor, said I was having Erectile problems, he gave my samples of Cialis and then I got a prescription. My insurance does not cover any erectile disfunction pills so I did pay full price, which was $90 for 6 tablets. However, he did prescribe for me 20 mg pills which he said that could be cut in half, so I would be getting twice as many pills. The thing that I liked about Cialis is that it stays in your system for 36 hours and there are not really any noticable side effects, unlike Viagra.
