They were not "all night long" and nothing worse than anyone else having people over. From outside the apartment you wouldn't know what was going on inside. The one party I attended, he asked everyone to not make too much noise outside the apartment (which is more than I can say about the building I live in). I think the parties were, at most, 3 times a week, with one being at noon on Friday and another Sunday early evening.

And his neighbor is an escort...someone who should be used to the idea of having sex with strange men.
