Deletion of truthful reviews on Rentmasseur and Rentmen

I wrote a review about a masseur on Rentmasseur and Rentmen yesterday. Both reviews were accepted and posted online. Today, both reviews have been deleted, and the advertiser has blocked me.

I had a review on RM denied. They stated I didn't use their system to contact him. WTF

 

I replied with:

 

1) Yes I did

2) How did you know I did or did not click on the contact button

3) Who cares - it was a great review

I think it's been well established and now well documented thats both Rentmasseur and Rentmen rely on deceptive practices as their buisness model. I think it's important to both let these businesses know our dissatisfaction as user AND to use alternatives that don't alter/deletion reviews and post links here. Some feedback is subjective but some can be quite important when making a decision of whom to let into your home.

Years ago I got completely scammed by a guy on rentmasseur. I posted a totally honest and accurate review of my horrible experience hoping nobody else would be tricked into hiring the guy, but they refused to post it. After that I never hire anyone blindly. Always referrals or guys that get numerous positive reviews on here.

I know masseurs have to pay to be on Rentmasseur whereas clients usually don't pay them anything, so the site has a financial interest in keeping masseurs happy. Reviews there are worthless.

I sent rentmen a 1 star rewiew for a no show. It was not accepted? Is there a no show spot I do not know as bout?

par for course for rentmen. they will fight tooth and nail even when fakes and scammers are pointed out.

 

i posted a review once with a negative review, they said the same thing and then went silent when i pointed out that i did use the contact me now button, and i did contact the "porn star" who directed me to txt.. that was not sufficient enough for RM.

 

thats why i only trust daddys reviews and the people on this site.

This is one reason at least on RMen, that if i could be interested in someone's profile but not ready to meet up due to geography and timing, I always "buddylist" it and check the "buddylist activities" tabs and immediately when a notification comes that the profile has a "new review" i got to it. I have had a few situations where a poor review is submitted and then a few days later it is removed. However in fairness many of them do stay on the profile's site but overall it has help chaff the wheat.
