The documentary was quite something, IMO.

 

This feature film looks pretty awesome as well.

To tell you the truth but I find Tom Hanks kind of creepy as Mr. Rogers. He seemed to be missing some of the earthiness and seemed to speed up his demeanor. I will admit that I have not seen the whole movie and will do so. However unless he changes his performance I am not sure I will feel that way when I do so.
