Grey Gardens CLOSES July 29th. If you haven't had the opportunity to see these powerhouse performances by Christine Ebersole and Mary Louise Wilson...RUN and get a ticket before it shuts down.

 

Rosie Perez, the gal with the great Noooou Yooork accent, stars as the loopy Latin in the Bathhouse, Googie Gomez, in the revival of "The Ritz." Directed by Joe Mantello, it also stars Kevin Chamberlain. The last revival I saw starred Holly Woodlawn as Googie. The show is scheduled to officially open at Studio 54 on October 11. Did you know the movie DVD has never been released! Rita Moreno must be livid!

 

In other news. Reports have Catherine Zeta Jones, Renee Zellwegger, and and Suri's Mom, Katie Holmes all in for auditions wiht director, Rob Thomas, for the movie version of the Broadway musical "Nine."
