I used to be really wary of those "just starting the business." Then I hired a new guy in Bangkok who rocked my world more than anyone I have ever hired. I still get worked up thinking of that session. He wasn't jaded yet. He was eager to please and earn good reviews to build his business. So, while I usually prefer well reviewed men, there can be nice exceptions!
