After finishing in second place last year, Elwood, a two-year old Chinese Crested & Chihuahua mix, came back strong this year to win the latest Ugly Dog Contest at the annual Marin-Sonoma County Fair.

That dog is so fuckin' ugly, I couldn't even touch it.
