Problems with Rentmen Site but NOT App?

This is weird -

 

When I log onto rentmen site on my laptop I have no stored emails, and no store "profiles who have seen me/who I have seen" history, but it is all intact on my phone using their app.

 

Anyone else have a similar issue? (Cannot find anything here that would indicated that someone has...) Is there a customer service link somewhere on their site that I just cannot find?

You can email them directly [email protected] or simply reply to any email from Webmaster. They are on a different time zone but always prompt in their replies.

If you use rentmen.eu or rent.men click on the Membership Tab to the right side of the choices on the upper right of the screen. After clicking the Membership Tab, there is a section on the right titled "Got Any Questions" and there is a link/tab to click titled "Email Us" on .eu and just Email on rent.men. I used this recently and the reply was from "webmaster".

 

I've noticed popups advising my profile was viewed, but I also do not see any profiles listed under the "Who Saw Me" Tab in a while and the few that were there no longer appear. I didn't follow up as I'm not really concerned with this option, but there might be some issue needing resolution.
