It didn't happen. When I texted to confirm on the morning of the appointment, they seem to have forgotten everything that we had discussed, and all of the sudden had a very different rate structure than what we had discussed. I'm not cheap, and I am not particularly price-sensitive, but I have zero tolerance for people who change their rates after we've agreed on a rate.
