About a year ago, I'd felt that I let myself get out of shape. Even though I was weight lifting, I got a bit "beefy" around the mid-section and my pants were getting tight. There some that didn't even fit anymore. With a couple of friends, I decided to go to Weight Watchers - for the 2nd time around. Within 7 weeks, I went from 163 to 149. That was last July. At my monthly weigh in last night, I was down to 146.6.

And I still have the pecs - my friend always mentions my "titties!"

So, if any of you are battling the bulge, give it a shot. Find a friend or two to go to meetings with. It's not a diet, but a way to change eating habits. You can eat whatever you want - just not as much as you want!

As for those pants that I couldn't fit into last year? I've had them taken in.

Weight Watchers is a "weight loss" program; it is the only plan that has worked for many. When I had a complete physical three weeks ago, my internist mentioned that a patient of his who suffers from diabetes or something similar, no longer has to take medication because her eating habits (food plan/course) has drastically reduced the ailment.

Because I have gained and have been upset with myself for a few years in my having done this and am UNABLE to catch and must resort to engaging the services of escorts-- I plan to take myself to the WW office and rejoin to get back to my desired weight.

But again, remember, when one begins to change his/her food regime that this must also be accompanied with an exercise plan, too.

Coupled with my WW plan-- I will also use Bob Greene's THE BEST LIFE DIET as well as valuable points from Dr. Oz who has been featured on the show of Oprah Winfrey.

I hope by this time next year I will be basking in a glow of having a complete body restoration of which I will be accepting! :-)

You don't need it. WW will provide you with the tools you need to relearn your eating haibts. If you stick with the program, it works. I've met and heard about people who are lifetime members that go to monthly weigh-ins for decades.

Just be patient with it.

My problem is I don't like fish and very few vegetables--so that can make weight watchers more difficult I hear. Or I will eat tuna--but I need a lot of mayo--sometimes mustard is ok.
