I just emailed with Cade Maddox, a polite email, introducing myself and the hopes of getting together. He wrote back with nothing but his demand of $400 rate. I’m not asking for a pen pal but i don’t think it’s too much to expect a friendly email in reply. And $400 an hour? I've met Dominic before and he is a nice guy, and it was a pleasure to meet him. It's like he has a third arm, it's one thing in pics, but it kind of made me gasp when I held it.
