I think all three would meet your criteria. Will has a rentmen ad, so he'll go there. I saw Philippe several years ago, and while he met your criteria, let's say it wasn't as well integrated and enthusiastic, but again, that was several years ago. I saw Ryan a few months ago and he is a gifted masseur and provides what you're looking for, but at $180/hr it's not cheap.
