Anyone has experienced this spa? It is like one hour from Seattle and seems like it is for men only on Saturday. My bro and I are planning an escape to Seattle and we are thinking this can be a place to chill for the day and may be get a massage there.

 

Any recommendation for massage in Seattle? Wondering if we should schedule the same guy back to back or find two guy close by. The concern for back to back is that the second massage may be sloppy if he used most on the energy on the first. Any tips?

I went there with my buddy on a Saturday when it was for men only day. The other days are coed. Drive to location was a beautiful one. There were a couple of hot tubs outside and all the patrons were nude. With the great weather, I spent a couple of hours lounging around, reading a book, conversing with some interesting guys, all natural. My buddy was a little more reserved initially about bearing it all, but after awhile, got comfortable. We both got excellent individual therapeutic massages from Frederick, who I think is the owner. I would highly recommend the Gated Sanctuary for a relaxing time.

 

Thanks for the great info! Was it crowded at the time? Hard to judge how big the place is from the pictures.

I remember hearing about it and hearing good things when I lived there. I tried to get some friends to go but they were too shy about all of us being naked together.

I asked for Frederick but he was not available the day we went, I think I ended up with Shawn. The session was draped, I was towel wrapped coming from the hot tub and get nude as soon as I was in the massage room, he just told me to get under the sheet, so I just go with it. It was strictly therapeutic but it was a very good massage, 90 min just passed right by.

 

The place was smaller than I thought but it was still a relaxing place, my friend and I end up stayed until they close.
