Pics belong to a model/personal trainer originally from the Bronx but now based in Miami who has gone by a couple of different names. Doesn't tweet often but last posted on instagram 23 hours ago from Florida. Has appeared at Pride events for a swimwear line.

 

I doubt he's the guy behind the ad, but can't be certain.

Yes. His instagram has selfies going back about five years, and his appearance has changed some over those years.
