Valentine's Day for A Long Time Friend

Well I use friend carefully but let's say we met 19 years ago and I enjoy our company on weekends as I'm a nice friendly guy. Anyhow, it's Valentine's Day, something other than a monetary card, anyone have any suggestions to give someone where we've been together through thick/thin etc. ?

A VERY nice dinner at a VERY nice restaurant. If you both drink wine include a VERY nice bottle of wine. You might also include a simple card in which you simple write "Thank you" for a wonderful friendship.
