The Netflix one has a pretty salacious story involving a gay event producer, Andy King, and what he was willing to do to get this festival going...

I watched the Netflix doc, it was pretty funny. Afterwards I looked up and it seems there were fundraisers for the Bahamian locals, so I hope they got that money.

The Netflix doc was wholly better produced. It moved well, told the story in a coherent, cinematic way and did a great job of figuring out who the true victims of the con were.

Plus it's the best comedy of the year. Start to finish "Holy shit, I can't believe this is happening".
