The most stunning transformation to me was discussed in separate thread a while ago:

 

He was part of a string I did a year or so ago. He was the ugliest fuckin' kid in the whole Harry Potter franchise, and I never imagined that he would turn out to be the most handsome man among them when he grew up. It just goes to show that you can never tell. Well, I'm sure he was able to afford the best to take care of his ugly teeth...(pics moved outside quote)
