I am hiring about the same as in past years, but most are guys I already know and have reviewed. There are very few guys on my "who to do" list now. Just not alot of newbies that interest me, and considering the rates that these untested escorts are charging, I'm not likely to test drive 'em. A new guy has to really wow me in his advertising, pics, emails, etc to inspire me to hire him.

Jaw...Definitely agree. There are alot of Newbies on Rentboy/NYC...

 

These Guys will have to "Put on some Mileage" before I would consider the Huge Investment now, on an Inexperienced Working Guy!

 

Some of the so called "Experienced" Guys don't deserve the New High Investment with their Low Return! LOL :p :P :p
