I think asking for your fee up front is garish, un-professional and shows no trust in your self or your client.

 

I have never had a problem for being paid for my services and would never change even if the trend did.

Of course it could Sometime's be a Gamble, But when your Talking that kind of Rate, If you can't afford the loss, you really shouldn't be setting that Deal up to begin with. IMHO of course. :P
