I texted last weekend, no reply. Tried again a few days later and he replied with pretty limited availability. Didn’t get to try.

Why would he waste money on an ad and not respond to inquiries or not have availability to meet clients ?

No response to my email either and texting doesn't work, for it goes to a landline. He wouldn't know of an email unless he has a notification set up, for he hasn't logged in to the site in a week and to answer @ButchAtl question, my guess is he's straight, conflicted as to whether he really wants to be in this line of work and also a bit of a player.

4th $200 for 90 minutes, but booked 60, and the last three where in a period of a little more than a week.

Gunner happens to be a friend of mine. His massages were GREAT. He went through some bad times family oriented and had to relocate back to TN. Bummer he is a super nice guy and really did give a great massage.
