They look very much alike, but I'm going to vote that they're two different people. Although the second pic in Nick's profile, the one with the 'stache, looks pretty close to the model. It'd be easier to tell if there was a pic of the model smiling - but that's against model rules

While there are similarities, I don't think so. Nickbolle7 has a couple of small moles on his upper pecs that don't appear in the pics of simongruszka.

 

That said, who knows how many things were air-brushed and photoshopped in the model's pics? With a deft hand, you can make Divine look like Meryl Streep (who is fabulously beautiful, still....truly a beauty, IMHO).
