Sounds like you booked a 1 hr session. When he stopped at 30 minutes, did you call him on it?

I have been shortchanged on time, and both times I refused to pay more than a pro rata amount. Of course, the masseur didn't demand money up front. When a masseur asks for payment in advance, that should be a red flag.

I think they know that once we are there, and have taken the time and effort to be there, our guard is down, and we tend to give them the money in advance. I'm sure you'll never do this again and I hope this will be a warning to others.
