Multiple ads

Why do some providers have multiple ads? I've seen this a few times, but here are several in Toronto right now. An example is below:

He just switched names. MuscleLA is no longer -- probably better since he's in Toronto.

Both ads were up when the OP posted. Both in Toronto. Same phone number.

 

MuscleLA probably disappeared because of the bad review.
