Tomorrow - 4 July - he'll compete again. I don't see how it's possible. He fasts several days beforehand; I'd think his stomach would shrink.

I just heard on the radio that he won again. He ate 74 hot dogs.

He’s a bit geeky but I’d love to swallow his hot dog . Actually Carmen Cincotti is quite attractive and his older brother Nick looked pretty hot too
