Yup, that was one of the first things I remember reading about Devon.

Just filled up my car in Yonkers (a city right outside of the Bronx, that falls in the county of Westchester) and for regular gas I paid $2.33 a gallon.

Thank God I drive a Honda and can fill up for about $22
